Complete Online Powder Coating System
The system comprises of online two stage pre-treatment and dry oven double pass.
Two fully automatic reclaim Gema CR5 B Mini Booths, Roll on off line, complete with 4 fixed automatic Gema PG1 powder gunson each booth
The booth incorporates automatic swivel of products as they pass through for even distribution of powder
The Cure oven is 4 pass gas fired air circulating
Conveyor withh all floor supports is Midland Handling 152 (23Kg per pendant with speed control and reverse facility)
Current aperture on booths 900mm drop x 650mm wide, the construction would allow ease of increasing the apertures to 1350 drop x 800 wide
Cure Oven apertures are 2300 drop x 500 wide, again this could be increased very easily
Dry Oven as main cure oven
Pre-treatment Aperture 1500 x 400 but again would open to 700 wide
All manuals with the plant, being sold by a company who did all their own in-house coating and now business changing direction
